Making changes to your business structure

If you wish to alter the structure of your farming business our Security Amendments team are here to help you through the process.

The most common reasons to alter the structure of the farming business, would be:

  1. The farming partnership will become a Limited Company
  2. Adding / removing borrowers and/or owners of the security property
  3. Adding / removing a Trust.

Please contact the Security Amendments team on 02077 143630 or, if you would prefer to email, at securityamendments@amcplc.com and provide details of how your business is altering, along with your solicitor’s contact details so we can liaise with them and you throughout the process.

There may be a situation where we do require our independent solicitors to review the alteration to your farming business. We will advise you and your solicitor if we need to take this approach.
