Declan Wilson

I am originally from Derbyshire, but have been raised in Boston, Lincolnshire, pretty much all of my life. After graduating from Sheffield Hallam University with a Sport and Exercise Science Degree, I decided to embark on a career in Banking. After moving up through the ranks in Retail Banking, I joined the Agricultural sector in 2017 as a Relationship Manager at Lloyds Bank. Here, I learned the industry and was able to support many of my clients with their growth. I absolutely loved working in the industry, particularly down to the people involved, and was delighted to join the AMC in early 2022.

I am currently completing my Advanced Diploma in Banking and Leadership through The Chartered Banker Institute. These studies, my Banking knowledge and the experiences I have gained so far from working in the Agricultural sector, help me to understand and support the types of business that AMC deals with. I am looking after our experienced team of agents in Lincolnshire and East Anglia, supporting them in looking to secure AMC finance for our existing and new clients.
