How your personal information is used by AMC

1.   Introduction

1.1  AMC means The Agricultural Mortgage Corporation plc and The AMC Bank Limited.

1.2  Lloyds TSB group companies includes all companies with the Lloyds TSB name, Cheltenham & Gloucester plc and Scottish Widows plc, and their associated companies.

1.4  By accessing any part of this Website or providing any information to us you consent to the use and transfer of your information on the terms set out in this Privacy Policy. 

 

1.5  If you are a customer of AMC, details of the information we collect from you and how we use it will also be set out in the terms and conditions of the product or service which you hold.  In the event of a conflict between this Privacy Policy and the terms and conditions of your specific product or service, the terms and conditions of your specific product or service will take precedence. 

 

2.  Information we collect from you

2.1  In general you can visit this Website without telling us who you are or revealing any information about yourself.  However, there are parts of the Website where we may need to collect personal information from you, including without limitation, your name, past and email addresses, fax and telephone details, date of birth and banking details.  We will not collect any personal information about you unless you have chosen to give it to us.  Do not give it to us if you do not want it collected.

3.1  Domain name information that we collect is not used to identify you personally and instead is aggregated to measure the number of visits, average time spent on the Website, pages viewed etc.  We use this information to measure the use of our Website and to improve its contents.
