Local AMC Agents are Rural Chartered Surveyors. They perform an important role as our specialist contacts in your local area.

They are available to meet you to discuss your proposal in greater depth, complete the application form on your behalf and submit it with other supporting documentation, (such as your last three years' trading accounts).

When appropriate, they can also prepare a report and valuation on your property, and carry out the necessary identification checks to satisfy Money Laundering Regulations (a legal requirement).

If you are an existing customer looking for a further loan, your application can initially be discussed by telephone with our New Business Team on 01264 334747, as it may not be necessary to involve an AMC Agent.
