Your statement

Your loan instalments are collected via Direct Debit payments, and your statement is posted to you two weeks before an instalment is due. It details:

  • capital payments and interest
  • the account from which payments are made
  • the amount of capital outstanding after payment of the previous instalment

Changes in AMC's variable interest rate are published in the national press.

If there has recently been an interest rate change that affects your loan, this will be shown on your statement.

If you experience any difficulties that affect your ability to pay your instalments, please contact our Lending Support Team on 01264 334344. We will work with you to resolve the situation and stop the problem from escalating.
